The first step to getting you remoted into your work computer is to have you generate a QR code, then send us the key that is paired with the QR code.
If you want to use Google Authenticator:
- Using your smartphone, search your app store for and download “Google Authenticator” then set your phone aside.
- Using a computer (not your smartphone), go to this page
- Open Google Authenticator on your phone, choose to add a new account, then scan the QR code on that page.
- In step 3 on that page, choose “Internal”
- Copy the key which starts with “goog:”
- Please paste that key in your reply to the message we sent you (that had a link to the page your reading now) and we’ll create your account and send you another email with your ConnectWise Control credentials.
If you want to use Microsoft Authenticator:
- Using your smartphone, search your app store for and download “Microsoft Authenticator” then set your phone aside.
- Using a computer (not your smartphone), go to this page
- Open Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, choose to add a new account, then scan the QR code on that page.
- In step 3 on that page, choose “Internal”
- Copy the key which starts with “ms:”
- Please paste that key in your reply to the message we sent you (that had a link to the page your reading now) and we’ll create your account and send you another email with your ConnectWise Control credentials.
