Get Outlook for Mac to open iCal invitations

You might find that when you open calendar invitations in Outlook on your Mac, the Calendar app opens instead of Outlook, as it would on a Windows PC. Here’s how to make things work on your Mac as they do on your PC:

1. Open Calendar on your MacBook
2. Choose Calendar \ Preferences
3. Click the arrows next to Default calendar app then select Select…
   

4. Choose Outlook

That’s it!
